Refund Policy
Last updated:
If something doesn't work out — we want getting your money back to be easy.
Below is a plain explanation of when and how you can get a refund. The full legal terms are in our Lifetime Deal Terms and Terms of Service; if this page differs from them in any way, the full terms apply.
The basics
INVY has two kinds of paid purchases: an INVY PRO subscription (monthly or yearly) and the one-time Lifetime Deal (the "Forever" plan). All of them are bought only in the app through the App Store or Google Play — we don't sell anything on our website.
What this means for refunds:
- Apple or Google takes the payment, so an ordinary refund — including within 14 days where the law of your country gives you that right — is requested through the store. The next section explains how.
- We'll always help. Email support@invy.health from the address on your account: we'll show you how to file the request and confirm to the store if something went wrong on our side.
- We pay our own commitments ourselves. For the Lifetime Deal there are cases where we refund you, not the store (see "Lifetime Deal" below) — then INVY pays compensation directly.
App Store and Google Play purchases
- Apple (iPhone): open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose "Request a refund" and pick the INVY purchase.
- Google Play (Android): use the Google Play refund process. If the self-service request in Google Play is no longer available, email us within 14 days of purchase — we'll review the request and, where Google Play allows it, refund the order.
The store decides on the refund under its own rules and the law of your country, and the money goes back to the payment method of your Apple / Google account. We can't reverse a payment made through the App Store ourselves — but we'll back you up if there's a dispute.
Subscriptions (monthly / yearly)
- Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) — at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise it renews. Deleting the app or your INVY account does not cancel a subscription.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Free trial. If your plan starts with a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- Forgot to cancel and got charged again? Request a refund from the store as soon as possible after the charge and email us — we'll help with the request. We're not robots about this.
Lifetime Deal
The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment for indefinite PRO access, so the rules have a few more details.
Within 14 days
Refunds go through the App Store or Google Play, as described above. We'll help with the request.
After 14 days — when we refund you
We'll refund you in full or in part if:
- we persistently fail to meet our service-level commitments (SLA) and don't fix it;
- there's a technical issue making the Service unusable that we can't resolve in reasonable time;
- we materially breach the Lifetime Deal Terms.
After 14 days — when we don't
We won't refund just because you changed your mind, don't like our design or interface, or used all the features for a long time and then decided to ask for the money back. This does not limit your statutory rights or the App Store / Google Play refund rules.
If we shut down the Service
For the Lifetime Deal we guarantee at least 36 months of INVY. If we ever discontinue the Service (we hope not, but independent products sometimes close), here's how refunds work, based on the time since your purchase:
| Period since your purchase | What you get back |
|---|---|
| 0–12 months | 100% |
| 13–24 months | 50% |
| 25–36 months | 25% |
| 37+ months | nothing (you got 3+ years of service — that's what we guaranteed) |
If this happens, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and give you tools to export your data.
How we pay compensation
Refunds in "when we refund you" and on shutdown are INVY's obligations, not the store's. Only Apple can refund an App Store purchase, so we pay these amounts directly as compensation — by bank transfer to an account in your name or another agreed method — within 14 calendar days of confirming the request. For Google Play purchases we may instead refund the order through Google Play where the store allows it. The amount is based on the price on your store receipt; if the store has already refunded that purchase, we don't pay twice.
Chargebacks — please ask us first
If something's wrong, please email support@invy.health before opening a dispute with your bank or the store. Disputes are expensive and slow for everyone, and we almost always solve the problem faster directly. Your right to dispute a charge doesn't go away.
If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the PRO access granted by that purchase may end; if the dispute was opened without contacting us first, we may suspend that access while we figure out what happened.
How to request a refund
Email support@invy.health from your INVY account address with the subject "Refund request".
Include:
- what you bought — a subscription or the Lifetime Deal — and where: the App Store or Google Play;
- when you bought it (approximately);
- the order number from the store receipt, if you have it (Apple — Order ID, Google Play — a number like GPA.…) — it helps us find the purchase faster;
- why you're asking (optional within 14 days, required afterwards).
We reply within 48 hours on business days, usually faster.
