Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the INVY app and web service (hereinafter "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If any part of them is not acceptable to you, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

INVY is a mobile app and web service for tracking metabolic health, nutrition, activity, and wellbeing. The service is provided under a freemium model: the core features are free; advanced features require a subscription.

2. Registration and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and not share account access with others. You are responsible for the security of your password; if you suspect a breach, change it immediately and contact us.

3. Prohibited use

By using the service, you agree not to circumvent technical restrictions, reverse-engineer the app, use it for commercial purposes without a separate agreement, attempt to access other users' accounts, or transmit unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content through the service. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access for violations of these rules.

4. Medical disclaimer

INVY is an educational and tracking service, not a medical device. Information in the app does not replace consulting a doctor, does not provide diagnoses, and must not be used for self-treatment. INVY AI is an algorithmic assistant; its recommendations are informational, not medical advice. Before changing your diet, activity regimen, medications, or supplements, always consult a doctor — especially if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or take prescribed medications. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information from the app without additional medical consultation.

5. Subscription and payment

Premium features are available under a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you disable auto-renewal in your account settings; access is retained until the end of the paid period. The first 100 waitlist members receive 2 months of premium free of charge.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, write to [email protected] and we will refund the full amount. For automatic renewals, a pro-rata refund for the unused period is available upon request.

7. Your content

Everything you upload to the app — lab results, notes, nutrition logs, symptoms — remains your property. We receive only a limited technical licence to store and display this content to you. You can delete any entry or your entire account at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The INVY name, logo, app design, red-panda companion illustrations, INVY AI prompt texts, and original code are the property of INVY and are protected by Ukrainian and international law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app within the scope of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequences of decisions made without consulting a doctor.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through settings. We may terminate service if you violate these terms; in that case we will notify you by email with an explanation.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; if that is not possible, the dispute will be heard by Ukrainian courts at INVY's registered place of business.
